1. General provisions
The given Rules of bets accepting, Rules of funds deposit on and funds withdrawal from your gaming account of the Arenabets (further in the text – Rules) defines the order of bets making in the form of bets accepting, winnings payment, controversial questions solving, peculiarities of bets making for specified types (kinds) of bets and kinds of sport. The given Rules regulates all the kinds of relations between the bets participants – the company Arenabets and the Client under the Legislation of the Russian Federation (
at points of reception bets) and according to all licence agreements and permits which are required by the legislation of Costa Rica (on the website).
1.1. Arenabets accepts bets for results of sports and other events in Russia and abroad.All bets are accepted according to the current rules. This edition of rules is applied to all bets placed as of с 15.05.2009. Executives of Arenabets reserve the right to introduce changes and additions to this edition of rules with notification of players in all branches of Arenabets. All previous editions of rules are no longer valid. Bets accepted from the above mentioned date are subject to the changed rules. Conditions of bets made before that date remain unchanged.
1.2. Bets are accepted from persons who are 18 years old. Client bears full responsibility for violation of this provision.
1.3. Bets are accepted only from persons who agree with these rules set by the Company. Any placed bet is considered as confirmation of the fact that the client is aware of these rules and agrees with them.
1.4. Arenabets has the right to refuse accepting bets from citizens who violate present rules of accepting bets without any explanation.
1.5. In case player presents forged ticket for payment there will be no payment and holder of such ticket will be made liable for fraud.
1.7. The Company is not responsible for the moral or material damage caused by abuse at Arenabets.
1.8. The Company allows users don't participate in any Arenabets game at its own discretion.
1.9. The Company expressly points out that the placing and negotiation of bets or the participation in sports betting, multiplayer poker, casino and lottery-like games may be subject to legal restrictions and possibly even be prohibited in some countries. Such restrictions or prohibitions may be applicable even if the Company has obtained the relevant permits (betting or casino licence) for placing and negotiation of bets. Therefore, the user should take note that if the placing of bets or participation in sports betting, multiplayer poker, casino and lottery-like games are not allowed, or only allowed under certain conditions which are not fulfilled here, he alone will bear the responsibility for any disadvantages arising from it. The user should, further, take note that beyond the information contained in this paragraph, the Company has no duty to inform, warn or educate users. In particular, the Company is not responsible for disadvantages whatsoever arising for the users from the disregard of relevant prohibitions in his/her home country.
1.10. In case the staff makes a mistake at bets accepting (obvious misprints in the offered list of the events, discrepancy of the coefficients in the line and the bet, etc.), if there are proofs of unfair play, deviations from the present rules at bets accepting and also at other arguments confirming the incorrectness of a bet, the bookmakers company reserves the right to declare bets on such conditions void. Bet payout is made with the coefficient equal to «1».
1.11. In case of any amendments in the present rules, clients are notified of it by the corresponding announcements. The bets, which are accepted since the indicated date, are subjected to the changed rules. The already accepted bets remain unchanged.
1.12. All the bets registered in the bookmakers company are valid.
1.13. Bets cancellation is possible only in accordance with the present rules. In case a client's login or password becomes known to a third party, he must communicate with the administration of the bookmakers company immediately.
1.14. The connection failure while accepting the confirmation on a bet by the client is not the basis for its cancellation.
1.15. Claims on matters of dispute are accepted within 10 days after event ending on the basis of written statement. Final decision on all matters of dispute is made by administration of the Company.
