We recommend you using complex passwords that contain letters and numbers at once. In case you have forgotten your username, please contact customer support.

If you remember your password, but just want to change it, enter your account using your current password, then go to Profile and change the password for a new one.

Can I open more than one Arenabets account?

Each client is allowed only one account.

How to view the work of my account?

The section «My Account» contains information about your current rates, profit and losses, the history of the rates. Entering this section you can get acquainted with the information you need. But to get a more detailed information you can address to a client support service.

How long a zero balance account can be maintained?

The Account with a zero balance remains for 90 days. If no payment within that period is made, your account may be suspended.

How soon will winnings be paid?

Our company strives to do everything to ensure that you get your winnings as soon as possible . Typically, it occurs immediately after the end of events (games, races, fighting). But you should understand that it is not always possible to pay the winnings on the bet immediately. Difficulties usually arise from the need of getting further results from official sources. Please do not forget about it during betting.

Is interest added while storing your money in the system of Arenabets?

We do not keep the money and, consequently, does not add interest to the user’s money brought to the system of Arenabets. The system is intended only for the services payment. Banks are involverd in storing your money.

Can residents of the United States play at Arenabets?

Arenabets does not accept bets from the United States of America. Pinnacle Sports reserves the right to request proof of age, perform checks to verify any information provided and refuse any application without further correspondence.

How do I know my money is safe?

All bets are held safely and securely in a separate account until the bets have been settled. Your confidentiality is assured at all times.
