AUTHORIZATION

3.1.1. Basic terms used in the present edition of rules:

• Line — list of events and results with odds of winnings offered by bookmaker's office for wager;
• Wager — agreement between two parties by which the lost party must fulfill assumed obligations, i.e. pay a certain sum. Wager is made in the form of bets placed by clients on conditions offered by Arenabets;
• Stake — sum of money that the client invests in wager and pays if he loses, as well as set of choices that the client combined by betting on it this sum;
• Result — outcome of sports or other event that the Office assigns with winning coefficient.
• Bets cancellation — a void bet excluded from any bet calculations and winnings payout. According to the terms of the present Rules in case the bet is cancelled, the agreement between the bookmakers company and р Client is considered invalid and a refund is to be paid.
• VIP-bet — a special bet, an amount which exceeds the current maximum.

3.1.2. Types of bets:

• Single — bet on individual event. Winning by single is equal to the product of the stake sum multiplied by coefficient set for this event;
• Accumulator — bet on several events. Winning by express is equal to the product of bet's sum multiplied by odds of all events included in express. Winning by express is when results of all events included in express are guessed correctly;
  Maximum number of the events in an accumulator bet is equal to 16.
• System — collection of expresses from a certain set of events. Winning by system is equal to the sum of winnings by expresses included in system;
  The maximum number of the combinations in a system bet is equal to 1000.
  The maximum number of the events in a system bet is equal to 16.
• Complex system — the same system where expresses can be events. Winning by complex system has the same definition as in the system;
• Double system — two systems in one ticket. Payment is calculated in the following way:

  - first are calculated odds of all won expresses included in the first and second system separately;

  - then we multiply each coefficient of the won express from the first system by each coefficient of the won express from the second system;

  - we divide sum of odds' products by number of combinations of double system and multiply by sum of the bet.

• Mix — bet on several (up to 3) results of one event. Winning by mix has the same definition as in the system.

3.1.3. Minimum bet on any event (single, express, system)– 5 roubles (equivalent in other currencies), for one variant of system – 5 roubles (equivalent in other currencies). Maximum winning by a bet – 1000000 roubles (equivalent in other currencies).

3.1.4. The maximum stake is determined by the Company particularly for each event and depends on the kind of sport and the event. If several events with different limitations on the maximum stake are included in an accumulator bet/a system bet, the value of the maximum stake is set equal to the minimum rate.

3.1.5. All bets are accepted only for the regular time, except for specially conditioned cases stipulated by the present rules on types of sport.

3.1.6. Placed bets can not be changed or canceled. Claims on correct filling of the card are accepted only within 5 minutes after the card is issued to the player, otherwise placed bet is valid even if mistake was made by fault of cashier-bookmaker. Claims on the part of clients concerning placed bets after 5 minutes of card issue to the player are not accepted.

3.1.7. It's forbidden to include in expresses and systems various events connected with one single match, even if they are not directly related. If events connected with the match were included in express or system, then the bet is subject to return even if computer program of accepting bets didn't block this bet at acceptance.

3.1.8. During the game on advance – non-advance from the group in expresses and systems, it's allowed to place bets only on one team from one group. If express or system included advance – non-advance of several teams from one group, then these bets are subject to return even if computer program of accepting bets didn't block this bet at acceptance.

3.1.9. Given odds, totals and odds for events indicated in the line of current day can change after any bet, but conditions of bets placed before that remain unchanged except for cases of technical mistake.

3.1.10. Line that is given to clients on hands is informational. Before betting the player must familiarize himself with all changes made in the main line of the current day. Arenabets's office does not review claims made on the part of players on correct filling of ticket, if the player did not familiarize himself with all changes made in the main line of the current day.

3.1.11. Bets made after start of the event are considered invalid in all cases and are subject to return with exclusion from expresses and systems.

3.1.12. Payment of winnings at points of reception bets is made only after the player presents the winning ticket, starting from the next hour after the end of the last event that is indicated in this ticket. In case the date of events is incorrect, all claims concerning payment of ticket containing events of different days are not accepted by the Company. Ticket is valid only during one month. Claims of players that due to certain circumstances did not present the winning ticket for payment in ticket offices of Arenabets branches are not accepted. Big winning is paid on the third banking day after the player presents winning ticket.

3.1.13. In case player loses his winning ticket he must write a request to the address of local office of the Arenabets, where he should indicate the following information: sum of the bet, date (when the bet was placed), address of ticket office and list of events and games in the ticket. In case of positive decision made by bookmaker's office administration, payment by this request will be made within one month after the last event end indicated in this ticket, if the lost ticket is not presented for payment by another person.

3.1.14. Arenabets is not responsible and does not accept claims on correct translation of teams' names from foreign languages.

3.2.1. Dates and time indicated in line are the final dates and time when bets are accepted for a certain event. They might not coincide with the date and time of the event's actual start. Match date that is not correctly indicated can not be the reason of canceling a bet. At calculation of bets, time of event start is considered actual time of event start set by official documents of organization holding such competition. In case the event started earlier or later than the initially announced date, result of such event is considered valid as well as the bets, if they were placed before the event start.

3.2.2. In case the event is postponed for more than 72 hours from the time indicated in line, bets for such event are returned and this event is excluded from expresses. Except for:

• basketball, hockey, baseball and American football matches of North American leagues. For these events bets are returned if the match didn't take place or was postponed for more than 12 hours from the time indicated in line;
• tennis matches - bets on them are valid until the tournament end during which these matches take place.

3.2.3. In competitions, where such terms as a «home team» and an «away team» are used, in case a match is being moved on the neutral field (the reference designation in the line: the «neutral field»), bets are valid; at the rearranging on the field of the team-contestant (except for a case of teams from one city) Ц the winning coefficients on the bets are to be equal to «1». If an international match is being moved to another country, the winning coefficients on the bets on the given event and the events connected with it (e.g., qualify into the next round) are to be equal to «1». If for any event the terms a«home team» and an «away team» are non-applicable, then at changing the venue all the bets on it will stand.

3.2.11. If more than one participant or a team is declared to be the winner of the competition, the winning coefficients on the bets on these participants are divided into the number of winners. E.g., if two participants are declared to be the winners, their winning coefficients on the bets are divided into two.

3.2.5. If the participant – a member of the team (a soccer player, an ice hockey player, a basketball player, etc.) does not take part in the match, the winning coefficient on the bets on him is to be equal to «1», unless otherwise specified.

3.2.6. In case of discrepancy of the data from several sources of the information (the date, the time, the result, the title of a team) the bookmakers company stops winning payouts until the complete examination of the authenticity of such data. If the result of the completed event given at the official site differs from the TV-broadcasting data, then the company reserves its right to make bet calculations according to the TV-broadcasting data.

3.2.7. If the result of the completed event was for some reason cancelled or changed later (disqualification of the team or players, referees, conditions, etc.), the bet calculations are made on the basis of the initial (actual) result. If the result of the completed event given on the official site differs from the TV-broadcasting data, then the Company reserves its right to make bet calculations according to the TV-broadcasting data.

3.2.8. While calculating bets the actual starting time of an event is taken into account that is approximately defined under the documents of the organizing officials and if there are no such approved documents, then on the basis of the official sites of the sports federations, sites of the sports clubs and other sources of the sports information. By valid (actual) results we consider those that are declared under the official protocols and other official sources of the information immediately when the event is completed.

3.2.9. The bet accepting on one outcome or a combination of the outcomes from one player can be limited by the decision of the Company.

3.2.10. The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on the particular events and also to limit or increase the maximum stake for the particular client without any notification and explanation of the reasons.

3.2.11. Suspended events

3.2.11.1. Event is considered held if it's suspended, not finished within 24 hours and if played not less than:

• football – 70 min;
• NHL hockey – 50 min;
• eurohockey – 50 min;
• NBA basketball – 40 min;
• eurobasketball – 35 min;
• baseball – 5 innings;
• american football – 50 min.

3.2.11.2. In cases not listed in art. 3.2.11.1., an event is considered as not held if it's suspended and not played till the end within 24 hours.

3.2.11.3. Suspended events considered as having taken place are calculated on general terms.

3.2.11.4. If the match started from the moment where it has been earlier suspended and the line doesn't stipulate for this, then the bets are subject to return.

3.2.11.5. Additional terms of calculating the bets for some sports are possible if they are indicated in corresponding articles of the rules.

3.2.12. If initial result of the held event is later cancelled for any reasons, then it is not taken into account and bets are subject to payment according to initial (actual) result. Actual result is the one that is announced on the basis of official protocols and other official sources of information immediately upon event end.

3.2.13. When collecting information on results of competitions Arenabets takes into consideration only information obtained from the Internet sites that are official sources. Claims on accuracy of results are not accepted by Arenabets.

3.2.14. Information published on the Internet sites that are not listed as official sources or that is supplied by other bookmaker's offices or mass media, is not official and is not reviewed by bookmaker's office in case of claims on the part of players.

3.2.15. In case of mistakes made by personnel or software failure during acceptance of bets (obvious misprints, mismatch of odds in different positions, appearance of positive (instead of known negative) odds given to the favorite and etc), or signs of unsportsmanlike competition or other cases of violation of the present rules, the Office has the right to call the bet invalid.

3.2.16. If the bet is considered invalid, it is returned and if it's included in express or system then for calculation purposes it's calculated with coefficient «1».

3.2.17. In disputable situations without any precedent, final decision is made by the Arenabets.

3.3.1. Bets on actual outcome. It's possible to place bets on the following match outcomes:

• win of the first team — marked in line by symbol «1»;
• draw — marked in line by symbol «Х»;
• win of the second team — marked in line by symbol «2»;
• win of the first team or a draw — marked in line as «1Х»;
• win of the first team or win of the second team — marked in line as «12»;
• win of the second team or a draw — marked in line as «Х2»;

3.3.2. Bets on each team winning the match considering given odds.
Odds are set by bookmaker's office and can be positive, negative or equal to zero. In order to determine result of the bet you need to subtract (if the odds are negative) or add (if the odds are positive) odds for selected team (odds for the second team is not considered) to actually scored/hit/notched goals/points/games of the team that you placed your bet on. If after this calculation match result is in favor of the selected team then the bet is won, but if result is in favor of the opposite team – the bet is lost. In case of draw result the bet is returned. When the result of the game is determined the playing time is included, which is regulated by the present rules particularly for each kind of sports, unless otherwise stated in the line.

3.3.3. Bets on number of goals/points/games scored/hit/made/played by event players or participant.
In line this number is marked by the word «total». When wagering you need to guess whether there will be scored/hit/made/played less or more than indicated in total line. Bet is won if your forecast is correct. If you hit total your bet is returned. When the result of the game is determined the playing time is included, which is regulated by the present rules particularly for each kind of sports, unless otherwise stated in the line. In determining the individual totals are only goals, points/goals of abandoned/dialed/played in the opponent's gate.

3.3.4. Bets on team's advance into the next round of cub matches.
In case the game is postponed to next days or the field is changed, bets are considered valid. If team's advance into the next round was later canceled for any reason, then this cancellation is not taken into consideration and payment is made according to results of played matches. If one of the matches didn't take place or was suspended as well as if result of the first match is changed, then passing is determined by actual advance of the team into the next round. If none of the matches took place then bets are subject to return.

3.3.5. Bets on winning in competitions.
If participant announced in competition for any reason wasn't able to participate in it, then bets for this participant are subject to return. In case two or more participants shared winning in one competition, then odds of winning by bets on these participants are divided by the number of winners but they can not be less than 1.00. For example, if coefficient of winning for one participant of a tournament is 1.80 and another one 3.20 and they are both announced winners, then winning coefficient by bets on winning of the first participant is 1.00 and by winning of the second one – 1.60.

3.3.6. Half time – Full time («HT/FT»)
This bet is designated in the line by the letters «W» – «win» and «Х» – «Draw», thus on the first place is the outcome of the first time and on the second – the outcome of the match. For example, W1W2 designates the win of the first (W1) team in the first half and the win of the second (W2) team in the match.

3.3.7. The bet on the individual total includes quantity of goals, points, games, etc., of the games and points scored, played, etc. of one of the teams (a player, etc.). The bookmakers company offers two variants of the bet on the total – on two («under» or «over»). If the result coincides with that offered by the bookmakers company total meaning, the winning coefficients on the bets on «under» or «over» are to be equal to «1».

3.3.8. The bet «Hit ratio» (of periods, quarters, sets, games, innings).
In this bet it is necessary to guess, which quantity of the times, periods, quarters, etc. in the match is more resulting or in which there are similar results.

3.3.9. The bet «Comparison scoring of the players» on the tournament results.
In this bet it is necessary to guess, which of the players on the tournament results is more successful. When scoring of the players on the tournament results is compared (quantity of the scored goals, pucks, points and so on), in case of equality of these parameters, the bet calculations are made with the coefficient equal to «1». Shootouts are not included. The quantity of the matches played by a player is not included, if a player took part in no match, the bet calculations are made with the coefficient equal to «1».

3.3.10. The bet «Head-to-head on the results of the championship».
It is offered to choose in the specified pairs the team, which has the best final position in the tournament table of the championship. In case the teams finish their competition within the group and don't play at further stage, the higher will be the one that got more points.

• For all kinds of sports (except for handball and ice hockey): in case of points equality the bet calculations are made with the coefficient equal to «1».
• In case the teams are not disqualified from the group, the higher will be the one that got more points.
• In handball at equality of points the bet calculations are made according to the data of the final ranking.
• For the football World and European Championships the priority is given to the stage which teams have reached.
• In ice hockey the bet calculations are made according to the data of the final ranking, the table of an organizing official.

3.3.11. Arenabets reserves the right to add at option new types of bets for any sports.

3.4.1. Live-bets are accepted on basic and extra outcomes. It is possible to make single live-bets and aggregate them in one accumulator bet.

3.4.2. The bet is considered to be accepted after the registration on the server and its on-line confirmation. Registered bets are irreversible and irrevocable. Under the circumstances of p.6 Section “General provisions” Live-bets calculations are made with the coefficient equal to «1».

3.4.3. The Company doesn't bear responsibility concerning the incorrectness of the current results of the matches according to which the live-bets are accepted. Clients should use also various independent sources of information.

3.5.1. bonus 6% on the accumulator bets
On the gaming account is credited an additional 6% of the amount of gains on the accumulator bet, if such express at least 5 events with a total odd of 15 and above.
